I recently came across this beautiful bottle of elderflower liqueur from St. Germain and posted on Instagram. Little did I know, many of you are already familiar with it. You guys are so ahead of the game than I am, haha!
Anyway, I’m headed off to Cabo this weekend for a work trip with Julibee Lau Events. It’s going to be fun and exciting, but also a lot of work, so I’m not sure how many (if any!) cocktails I’ll get to have. But I thought I would share this delicious Elderflower Smash cocktail recipe with you since some of you also expressed that you also own a bottle of St. Germain but not sure what cocktails to make of it. Well, guess what, we are on the same boat! That’s why I looked up a few recipes and wanted to share my favorite one here. Surprisingly, this recipe is super simple, kinda girly and summery, and only requires some of my favorite ingredients! Check it out…
ELDERFLOWER SMASH INGREDIENTS
// 4 or 5 mint leaves
// 2 ounces gin
// 1 1/2 ounces St-Germain elderflower liqueur juice
// half a lemon
// 3 dashes of bitters
// Put all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.
