I came to Unionmade recently to pick up a birthday gift for the Mr. and thought I snap a few photos of this really cool shop to share with you. It was my first time here, and even though I’ve heard so many great things about it I was still pretty impressed. They carry goods for both men and women but mostly it’s a men’s shop. (However, they will be opening its first womenswear shop in Noe Valley very soon – I’m pretty excited about that!)

This place pretty much has it all for the gents who appreciate fine styles and unique designer labels. From grooming, to accessories, to clothing, to shoes, to books, to knick-knacks, I seriously cannot imagine anyone walking out empty handed. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well. With their help, I did end up picking up something here for George. What is it? I cannot tell you since his birthday is tomorrow and I don’t want to ruin his surprise on the blog. But I did pick up something for myself too and they are those tote bags I see it hanging everywhere in the store. They are soooo cute and surprisingly cheap at $12! So of course, I couldn’t resist. You gotta treat yourself too, right? :)

This store looks incredible. It reminds me of the Ernest Sewn store down here in Newport Beach. I love shops that use interesting product displays and beautiful pieces of furniture. It’s like you’re shopping in some cool hipsters house. ;) Your husband’s a lucky guy!
