Sweet Things Under $20 With House of Earnest

Hello Friends! Happy Monday! I am finally back in San Francisco after a wonderful vacation in Montreal and a very pampered weekend in Napa. It’s always a little hard to come back to reality after a nice time away, not to mention, the whole unpacking thing… it’s one thing I dread the most! With that said, I’m going to take the next two days to organize and clean up around here before I get back into my blogging game. However, I do have two more wonderful guest posts lined up for you.

Today, I am so delighted to have invited Erin Souder of House of Ernest to do a wonderful round-up for my Sweet Things Under $20. Just like this guest and this guest, I also met Erin at Alt Summit. We sat next to each other at a luncheon and who knew I was sitting next to such a talent! I started following her blog since then and had found that Erin has got some really unique taste, especially for home decor & accessories. I especially love her Have This Make That series where she shares all of her easy to do DIY’s around the home. I’m not a DIY person at all but have found hers to be super easy to follow – just like these dipped wooden utensils, remember?

Anyways, when I thought about inviting another guest for my sweet things post, Erin just came to my mine. And naturally, I thought she would be a great gal to take on the challenge of finding sweet things under $20. I think she did a fantastic job, don’t you agree?!

1. Vase, Ikea 2. Scenic Route Print, Etsy / Alli Coate 3. Elderflower Coridal, Terrain 4. Insect Matches, Eden Portland 5. Symbology Coaster, Anthropology 6. Acacia Slabs, West Elm 7. Yellow Bow Note Card, Beau Ideal Editions 8. Beeswax Tealights, Brook Farm General Store

Where Erin goes for her Sweet Finds: “For good bargains, I shop at Pottery Barn Outlet (it’s 2 hours away, but I make the drive!), Homegoods is my standby, and Etsy is such an amazing resource for unique, original, and low cost things that aren’t just handmade. I bought my Eames Eiffel Chair off Etsy for just $90!”

Thank you so much to Erin for being here today!
