Hey friends, I need your help today! Actually, everyday until 9/24. Can you help?
A friend of mine, DeAnna Reposa, is a finalist for the Martha Stewarts American Made Awards – yea, it’s kind of a big deal – and I’m helping her to get votes! She has a beautiful company, Simple Peace, that produces high quality and sustainable tote bags. Not only does she source the finest organic materials and skilled artisans for her products, but she also works very hard to strive for social and environmental responsibility. Needless to say, I am truly inspired by DeAnna and her mission in creating beautiful yet practical pieces for our everyday lives!
As a small-business woman entrepreneur, and a very ambitious mother to two beautiful children (a teenage boy and a lovely young girl), I am really rooting for DeAnna to win. If she does, she will receive $10,000 for her business and appear in the Martha Stewart Living Magazine – which, of course, will make her dream come true!
Here comes the ‘help me’ part – I would love nothing more than your vote today and support for DeAnna. But while you’re at it, DeAnna has graciously offered Shop Sweet Things readers a giveaway to win a $200 gift certificate to her shop. I sure have my eyes on a few! To participate in this giveaway:
1. Simply ENTER YOUR VOTE HERE. (It’s quick and easy, I promise.)
2. Leave a comment below so I can enter you in this giveaway.
3. If you are feeling super nice – I would love for you to vote once a day til 9/24 (please leave a separate comment each time you vote to get extra entries) // Tweet away // Share on Facebook // +1 on Google // Repin on Pinterest. Yes, I am doing everything I can to help a friend here! :)
Thank you all so much in advance. Any support from you would be greatly appreciated! As DeAnna would say – “Peace be with you.”
