Earlier this week, I was invited by St. Ives to partner with them to experience an unique and unusual morning routine by attending Morning Gloryville. I’ve never heard of Morning Gloryville before but apparently it started in London in 2013 and its’ mission is to empower the global community to “rave your way into the day!”
The morning generally starts at 6.30am – 10.30am and offers inspirational, energizing music as well as free massage, organic coffee and smoothie bars, yoga and personal motivation from trained and costumed performers. It has been held all over the world including Berlin, Barcelona, Tokyo, Munich, Paris, Melborne, New York, L.A, and hello, this past Wednesday in San Francisco!
Even though I read up on Morning Glorvyville, I didn’t have the slightest idea what I was walking into. It was a really unusual way to start my morning, I mean, we’re talking about walking into a club early in a.m.. I can’t even remember the last time I walked into a dance club at all, haha! While the whole experience was a little unexpected, it felt different in the best possible way. There was positive energy all around and everyone was just nice and happy. I suppose that’s what “rave” is about but this is the kind of rave you can bring your whole family to. I even spotted a few kiddos and their mommies and daddies together. They were soooooo cute! I guess it doesn’t hurt to start them young on the dance floor, right?
I was even able to freshen up with St. Ives face scrubs and lotion in the bathroom before headed back for a long day of work. I’ve been a long time user of the Apricot Scrubs, and I just love how it makes my skin feel radiant.
For those of you who follow me on Snapchat (shopsweetthings), you probably got a good glimpse of my Wednesday morning. If you missed it, here are some photos! Maybe next time we can go together? It’s definitely “the more the merrier” type of event. :)
This post is kindly sponsored by St. Ives. Thanks so much for supporting my sponsor and allowing me to share my experience with you! Be sure to follow my Instagram and Snapchat username: shopsweetthings for instant discoveries and behind-the-scenes.
