Today marks the 2nd wedding anniversary with my husband. I cannot be more happy and thankful to be married to such a wonderful man! We’ve been together for 12 years before we got married… and yes, while we had a lot of rough patches throughout those years, it only made us a stronger couple. I have never felt so secure and happy in a relationship, and am so proud that he is the father to this bundle of joy we share. :)

So this year I’m suppose to give something cotton according to the traditional wedding anniversary gift idea. Do you follow (or plan to follow) this tradition? I think it’s kinda cool to give each other a symbolized gift, right? I suppose I’m a traditional gal at heart.

Tonight we’re also going to celebrate our special day by doing our favorite thing… dining out! We’re gonna be trying Locanda for the first time. It’s one of the hottest restaurants in the city right now and I’ve heard so many amazing things from friends who’ve tried it so I’m really looking forward to that!

Oh, and my husband also took a day off today…so guess what we’re doing? We’re gonna go shopping! But more for him cause he really needs to update his wardrobe – the wife says so! :)
