Hey friends, Happy New Year! I hope your 2016 is off to a good start.

Did you guys have a nice break? My husband had 3 weeks off during the holidays and so I stayed off the computer as much as I could to spend time with him and the kids. It was amazing and so nice. I guess that’s what the holidays are all about.

We also squeezed in a lot of TV time! George and I love watching TV together. In between these 3 weeks, we binged on Master of None, Jane the Virgin, Sherlock (it’s back!), Making a Murderer (just started), and of course, we watched the new Star Wars on screen. George made me catch the 9am showing (yes, you read that right) the first week it came out! I was never a Star Wars fanatic but ok, I admit, it was worth it. :)

January is going to be a busy, busy month for me. As you already know, Harlow & Grey is launching this spring and our partyware are finally arriving AND we get to do a photoshoot at the end of this month. Some exciting stuff! I still can’t believe how much work it took my cousin and I just to get to this point. But in all, I’m enjoying the process and love navigating my way through entrepreneurship. I love learning all about starting, running, and growing a business. It’s just something I’ve always gravitated towards to. By the way, I started watching The Profit too.

I’ve also been sharing a lot more on Snapchat. In fact, before this post, I was just sharing a preview of all the new H&G products and how I use my living room as a little studio space. If you want to see what I’m up to on the day-to-day, catch me over there, my username is “shopsweetthings”. Oh, and warning, lots of Hayden & Hadley and my makeup-less selfies. :)

Lastly, did you notice something different on the blog? Yes! SST got a facelift! I spent the last 2 months on the redesign and simplified the look here. It’s a lot cleaner, bigger images, and more user-friendly. There are still some tweaks I need to make, but for the most part, it’s done! So thankful that my husband was able to help me oversee this project. And I’m excited to continue on my 5th year of blogging here (omg!) Thank you all so much for sticking around. I’m still so grateful that this blog has brought me to connect with new and old friends! It’s something I’ve never imagined blogging would bring.

Alright guys, I hope you have a great rest of the week. Talk to you again soon!
