Last week I had the honor of attending Bottega Veneta’s re-opening party in San Francisco in benefit of CPMC – California Pacific Medical Center. It was an incredible evening in company with Jen Bennett - Jendarling, Anne Sage – The City Sage/Rue Magazine, and friend Kimber Frankel.
The new space is very luxe and lovely. It is doubled the size of their old location and is now carrying a lot more products and ready-to-wear. My eyes were immediately fixed on a beautiful clutch that was weaved with white sheen satin, trimmed with gorgeous snakeskin. It was such an elegant and unique piece. The design was not loud at all, yet it’s still one of those pieces that I think will get you endless compliments for years to come.
With that said, I mostly admire Bottega Veneta’s understated elegance. This is not a brand about logos. It’s the intricate, signature weaving of their leather goods that makes them so iconic and well-known throughout the world. People who appreciate Bottega Veneta are definitely people who thrive for fine quality, timeless design, and beautiful craftsmanship more than anything else.

P.S. – Did you enter my giveaway yet? Yes, the bottom two pictures show the beautiful Jen Bennett, who is holding a beautiful BV dress in her hand, and her beautiful Jendarling patent leather clutch. I could’t resist showing you… it’s too pretty, don’t you think?
