Rosemary Ice Cream Sandwich

After seeing this delicious rosemary ice-cream sandwich on one of my favorite blogs, Old Brand New, I simply cannot stand keeping this recipe all to myself.

All you need is a scoop of creamy vanilla, two oatmeal raisin cookies, a sprig of rosemary… and tata! you got yourself a gourmet ice-cream sandwich!! It’s super easy to make, fancy to look at… and most importantly, it’s only for those with a sophisticated taste bud. :)
