How is it that we’re already in the last weekend of October? This month went by way too fast for me! Did it for you?
Since it’s also the Halloween weekend, I’m going to bring Hayden to a pumpkin patch one last time. It’s so fun and joyful to watch that little munchkin run wild at these places! And don’t forget, we set our clocks back this Sunday for daylight saving time. Yup, we gain an extra hour, woohoo!
So, what to do with that extra hour, you ask?
Well, how about trying out a new recipe. To tell you the truth, I haven’t been able to take my mind off of this Mini Pumpkin Cheesecake With Gingersnap Crusts recipe. I loooove pumpkin pie and seeing this makes me want to pop one in my mouth. And really, I’m a sucker for anything bite size!
I hope this fun recipe will inspire you to do some baking this weekend too, and it’s orange so it goes perfectly for any World Series festivities you have going on. Oh, and while you’re waiting for them to bake, don’t forget to have some fun with this Pinterest contest for a chance to win a $500 shopping spree and check out where I want to “see & savor” next. Have a happy Halloween weekend, everyone!! GO GIANTS!!! :)
