It’s been a while since I baked any dessert, but I think this Easter Sunday is calling for something sweet to put on the table.
I’m having a major sweet tooth as I’m looking at this lemon berry pound cake… the fresh whipped cream, the fresh fruits, the moist pound cake, and the zesty, tangy taste of lemon… my coffee is looking kind of lonely right now as we speak. I love the finishing touch with the mint leaves, and baking these in cupcake sizes? So me!
