Did I tell you I’m starting a juice cleanse next week? Yup, I am. It’s been three years since my last one… you know, the lemon one that Beyonce did?  So, yes, it’s been a while and my body is definitely itching for a detox. After all, they say you’re suppose to detox your body at least once every season (whoops!). I’m really excited about the one I’m doing next week, because it’s a local service that freshly makes all the juices for you with organic goodies. And I have a few friends who have tried it, and they all say it’s pretty legit. So, I can’t wait to share my experience and tell you all about it!

But, before I get into the cleanse, I would like to enjoy myself a scrumptious brunch. And thank goodness I stumbled upon this baked egg boat recipe. I mean, who doesn’t like a good looking loaf of bread with eggs and cheese and pancetta stuffed in it? Not only is this recipe simple to make, but I think it can kinda make you look like a pro. I mean, doesn’t it look like the whole bread is made from scratch? It sure would’ve fooled me! Maybe it’s time to impress some guests at your next brunch party?
